As a design development scope, the brief is to further develop the conceptual design of Deluxe Villa, designed by Ong & Ong Architects(Singapore). Having local expertise and knowledge, the team developed the original idea into a locally-working villa design.
Deluxe Villa is a luxurious beach house that includes 1 master bedroom, 2 bed rooms, open-plan kitchen, dining and living room and an infinity pool with spectacular view to the beach. The house is designed to suit the tropical context of the site and amplify the natural experience around it by having views in and out.
