01 | Space Planning
Proper space planning is important to a well-designed and functionable space. After we have gotten the site survey measurements, we will start to develop a floor plan. Floor plans allow us to determine what pieces will best fit into each space, how traffic patterns will flow through each room, and ensure we meet the minimum required applicable codes. We will then schedule a meeting to review the floor plans and discuss the pros and cons of each option with the clients.

02 | Design Concept
After a floor plan has been selected, we will start to develop a colour shceme that will work best with your business model and your brand message. This also includes the type of fixtures, materials, furnitures (customised furniture design when needed). This will then provide us to present you with a 3D model of each of the space. From this, we can start to give more information of the spaces such as floor finish, wall finish, furniture materials.

03 | Construction Detailing
This is where we get technical after we have set on a design concept the clients have chosen. We will start to do more detail drawings such as MEP lighting plans, sanitary plans, details of customised furniture, etc. We can also provide an estimated construction cost as additional service.

04 | Implementation & Installation
In order to get the design as accurate as possible to our proposed design concept, we offer services such as construction inspection and our own decoration service. We will make sure the design changes on site are well processed and thought out and the design follows accurately. We will choose each material carefully and contact suppliers to get the best quality and priced materials. After construction has completed, we can also help in the installation stage, where we will supervise the moving team to place furniture and other items accordingly.
