The brief for this project was to design an office building which is practical and functional yet has a design identity that can represent their company branding for their future business dealings. They wanted a clean and sophisticated look, yet also expensive in some rooms where they will host their VIP guests. Their request was to have an office building design that doesn’t portray the sense of commercial but more of the small-scaled residential feeling. The main material for exterior was chosen to be bio-wood, mainly because it lasts long and gives a good aesthetic feature to the façade. The interior design is done with modern contemporary style using many wooden features to create earthy tones.
