Having a total of more than 150 acres, Ngwe Saung Villas will be the first permanent holiday-residential development in Myanmar. PMA is proud to be the main project management and design development consultant in setting this new benchmark.

Our Project Management scope include but not limited to -

  • Liaising - Provide liaison between architects, builder and consultants
  • Leading - Provide direction and counselling
  • Co-ordinating - Manage and oversee the management co-ordination of the project
  • Contract Administration - Prepare tender documents, call tenders, analyse tenders and make recommendations, furnish and administer all management systems
  • Reviewing - Review contract documents and drawings, evaluate planning and operational options
  • Programming - Provide time programmes together with procurement advisory services
  • Costing/Quantity Surveying - Prepare estimates, budgets and/or cash flow projections, and cost control
  • Communications - Arrange and/or chair meetings, mange communications, and supply information on the definition of the project title and site restrictions
  • Reporting - Reporting to the client by providing monthly reports detailing the status of the project in terms of cost time and quality
  • Monitoring - Monitoring progress, workmanship materials and equipment, monitoring contractors, effect decisions of the client
  • Negotiating - Negotiate the contract price with the builder, negotiate with adjoining landowners and occupiers
  • Problem Solving - Assist the builder with any difficulty that would prevent the timely completion of the project
  • Construction Management - Taking responsibility for the construction of the facility inclusive materials on site
