Having a total of more than 150 acres, Ngwe Saung Villas will be the first permanent holiday-residential development in Myanmar. The project scope includes project management and design development for the whole phase one of the development.
The design team is responsible for design development stage of individual villas and all the infrastructural design. Coordinating between consultant teams for different infrasture design, the team leads and tackles the main issues. As it is a remote site with no existing infrastracture for roads, fresh water, electricity, etc., the project management team has a challenging job, marking sure the project is on track for the successful delivery of the project. PMA is proud to be the main project management and design development consultant in setting this new benchmark.
